Keane has back Arsenal to make another move for the Brighton midfielder this summer.

Roy Keane believes Moises Caicedo would good investment for Arsenal this summer.

Arsenal made a club-record £70m bid to sign Caicedo in the January transfer window. But were rejecte by Brighton and Hove Albion.

Caicedo admitted on social media that he wanted to leave. But then he renewed the contract. And return to play an important role in the second half of the season, with Brighton now winning tickets to European football.

“You can understand why they were interest in him. He’s a strong, powerful kid. He’s only 21 and he’s certainly settled into the Premier League very well,” Keane .

“You need someone who is settle and ready to defend. So it’s no surprise that they’re interest.”

“Obviously there was talk that they tried to sign Caicedo in January. But I’m sure he has a lot of conditions. If Arsenal are still interested in him. They will pay big money. with Brighton now winning tickets to European football.

“But of course he was big, strong, powerful and was the ideal choice from a young age. He would be a good investment for Arsenal.”

Brighton rejected Arsenal’s £60million offer for Moises Caicedo, but in the early hours of our home time Moises Caicedo posted an IG statement stating that he wanted to leave the club, stating:
